Guest Services

  • Fairgrounds Directory printable map: Entrance traffic from SR 16 to parking lot is one way and exit traffic to CR 315 is one way. Please follow exit signs.
  • Parking: Is FREE at the Fairgrounds. Be sure to lock your vehicle, and take note of where you have parked we have 3 parking losts…North, Main, & South. Take a minute to familiarize yourself with your surroundings when you arrive to avoid confusion when you depart. When driving in the parking lots, please drive with caution and watch for “walking traffic”.
  • Tram Schedule:  2014 INFORMATION COMING SOON
  • Fair Admission: Admission prices are  $8.00 for adults (13-64), seniors $5.00 (65+), $5.00 for children (6-12), and children under 6 are free. The gate admission will end 90 minutes for the listed closing times. No admission after that time.

  • ATM’s: Will be conveniently placed throughout the Fairgrounds. (see Fairgrounds directory for locations)
  • Rentals:  2014 INFOMRATION COMING SOON
  • Restrooms: Are located at the main gate, outside the Cattlemen's Arena, across from Exhibit Building 1 and next to kiddy land on the midway.  Portable restrooms are located throughout the Fairgrounds. (see Fairgrounds directory)
  • Diaper Changing Facilities: Are available in all restrooms.
  • Lost & Found: Is located at Guest Services at the Main Gate and next to Exhibit Building I.
  • Recycling: We are proud to be a fair that encourages recycling. Collection containers are located next to each trash reseptical throughout the grounds. Our team partners include Phi Theta Kappa honor Society from St. Johns river State College , Waste Management, Keep Clay Beautiful and Clay County Envirnoemental Services.
  • First Aid: Is located near Guest Services next to Exhibit Building I and in the Sheriffs command post outside the main gate.
  • Weather: Check the weather report: Be prepared with sunscreen and visors on warm, sunny days. Have a jacket or sweatshirt for cool evenings. A poncho or umbrella is a good idea if skies turn gray.
  • Shoe Attire: Wear Comfortable shoes,with over 40 acres of activities there is plenty of walking in store.
  • Coolers: No bottles, cans, coolers or picnic baskets are permitted on the fairgrounds.
  • Cameras: There will be plenty of memorable moments, so bring your camera or video camera and capture the special day forever. Please note: Cameras and video cameras may be prohibited during certain entertainment events.
  • Pets: Leave your pets at home:  Pets are not permitted on the Fairgrounds except service animals in compliance with the ADA.
  • WE ARE AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE EVENT.
